From the start, Grace was upfront with not only a timeline, but advice on what we could do in advance to make everyone's life easier, with minimal disruption. Grace had done more than her due diligence regarding our house and the property it sat on, and was super familiar with the area. We agreed on a price, list date and what we were flexible on with respect to showings.
